With summer comes hope...

And so as June begins and as summer kicks in I'm filled with a sense of optimism for the future. London feels like a different city in the summer months and with signs that the lock-down is finally getting lifted, it's not just the hot weather to feel good about. But it's an optimism still tinged with uncertainty. Music venues have still not opened, there is talk of the 4th of July be a possibility but also larger venues not opening till 'significantly later'. Whether some of the remaining gigs I have booked in will happen, even in smaller venues, seems unlikely and according to the Music Venue Trust 550 out of 670 grass roots music venues are in danger of closing. For a growing artist like me performing at these venues is my livelihood so the future is still very uncertain.

But until things do eventually open up again I'm pushing on the best I can. To keep in touch with my fans, before gigs stat up again, I've been performing a series of Facebook live streams from my official Page, the next event taking place on the 18th of June. So if you're missing your gigs head along to my page and I'll see you there. I've also filmed an acoustic version of my new single 'Hurricane' which you can check out below.

And last but by no means least my fourth album 'Broken Road' is on track for release on the 17th of June. I'm excited to share some new music with you, but until then you can pre-order the release here:
